We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Natural Language Processing (NLP) Specialist to join our AI/ML team.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying NLP models.

Key Requirements:

🔹3+ years of proven experience in NLP, machine learning, or computational linguistics;
🔹Proficiency in the Python programming language;
🔹Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow or other);
🔹Strong understanding of language modeling, embeddings, and evaluation metrics;
🔹 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field;
🔹 English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

What you will do:

🔹Develop NLP models for tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and summarization;
🔹Preprocess, clean, and structure large-scale text datasets;
🔹Collaborate with engineers and product teams to deploy NLP solutions into production;
🔹Fine-tune transformer-based models (e.g., BERT, GPT) for domain-specific applications;
🔹Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency;
🔹Stay up to date with the latest research and tools in NLP and machine learning.
